Interview with  Karen Garber, Executive Director of Brazos Valley Community Action Agency.
It is the mission of the BVCAA to assist in the empowerment of individuals, families, and communities to reach their full potential economically, educationally, health-wise, culturally and socially.
They provide services such as Community Health Centers, Energy/Housing Services, Head Start, HIV Prevention, and WIC (Women, Infants and Children) Nutritional Services.
