This was Anne's last interview for "Biased Transmission" and Vandy is on the tech board. It was too good not to share! (*There were some technical difficulties with audio, so adjustments were made to the podcast, but the wonderful interview is unedited.) Dr. Thomas Green is a professor of Anthropology at Texas A&M, and he specializes in folklore and linguistics. In this interview, Dr. Green discusses his current research on the symbolic dimensions of martial arts, martial arts in African-American cultures, and relationships among indigenous martial systems and indigenous dance.
