Our guest is Elizabeth Harper Neeld. www.elizabethharperneeld.com
The first woman to receive tenure and rank of Professor in the English Dept. at A&M, as well as the first woman faculty member at A&M to be named Assistant to the President, she left academia at the height of that career in order to devote her time to writing.
She is the author of over 21 publications, but for this interview we discuss her 2 most popular books, "Seven Choices: Finding Daylight after Loss Shatters Your World" and "A Sacred Primer".
2 PBS documentaries were created based on "Seven Choices" and that work was chosen by the American Red Cross to give to its staff and others being served by the Red Cross after 9/11.
"A Sacred Primer" is described as an essential guide to quiet time and prayer, and is an exploration of the value and benefits of creating a daily spiritual practice of sitting in quiet and meditation.

Enjoy this delightful and insightful interview!
